One input. That's all you need.
Click and hold the left mouse button to make the stick grow. Release the button when the stick looks long enough to reach the next platform.
Tap and hold anywhere on the screen to grow the stick. Lift your finger to release. The same mechanic, perfectly adapted for touch.
When your stickman falls, the game shows your score and a restart prompt. Just click or tap to begin a new round instantly.
From zero to hero in five simple steps.
Click the "Play Now" button on the homepage. The game loads in your browser — no downloads or sign-ups needed. You'll see your stickman standing on the first platform with a gap ahead.
Before you hold, look at the distance between the platform you're standing on and the next one. The gaps vary in width — some are short, some are very long. Train your eye to judge the length before you commit.
Click and hold (or tap and hold on mobile). The stick begins growing upward from your stickman. The longer you hold, the longer the stick gets. The growth speed is constant, so you can develop an internal timer.
Let go when you think the stick is the right length. The stick will fall forward like a bridge. If it reaches the next platform, your stickman walks across safely. If it's too short — or too long — the stickman tumbles into the void.
Each successful crossing adds one point to your score. The game continues until you miss. There's no level system — it's pure survival. See how many platforms you can reach in a single run!
Level up your game with these pro strategies.
Notice how wide each platform is. A stick that lands anywhere on the platform counts. Use the full width as your margin of error — aim for the center but know the edges are safe too.
Since the stick grows at a fixed speed, you can associate hold-duration with stick length. After a dozen rounds, you'll start "feeling" short, medium, and long gaps intuitively.
There's no timer rushing you. After each successful crossing, take half a second to assess the next gap. Rushing causes overshooting, which is the most common mistake among experienced players.
When in doubt, hold a tiny bit longer. A stick that's slightly too long still lands on the platform. A stick that's too short is always fatal. Err on the side of length.
Answers to common gameplay questions.
The gaps are randomly generated, so each crossing is independent. However, the psychological pressure increases with your score — the higher you get, the more you don't want to lose, which can affect your timing.
Technically yes, but it's very long. If you hold past the maximum, the stick stops growing on its own. In practice, you'll almost never hit this limit since the platforms are designed to require reasonable stick lengths.
The game displays your score at the end of each run. To track your personal best, we recommend keeping a mental note or screenshot. The fun is in the challenge of beating your own record each session!
